DAY 1: HANOI ARRIVAL

DAY 2: HANOI CITY TOUR

• • Visit Ho Chi Minh complex
  • Visit The Temple of Literature – the first National University of Vietnam
  • Spending your relaxing time strolling around the Hoan Kiem Lake
  • Experience sitting on a cyclo, enjoying views of what’s happening on the streets of the Old Quarter.
  • Overnight at the 5-star Apricot Hotel Hanoi

DAY 3: HANOI – TOPAS ECOLODGE – LECH VILLAGE HIKE

• • From 6:30 – 7:00 AM, depart from your Hanoi hotel via Topas Mountain Express for a 5-hour transfer to Topas Ecolodge. After check-in, relax and enjoy panoramic mountain views from your private balcony
  • In the afternoon, embark on a scenic hike to Lech Village, home to the Red Dao people. Visit a traditional wooden house, meet the locals, and learn about their unique customs, including intricate handmade embroidery. The return route takes you through rice terraces, a suspension bridge, and stunning landscapes, with insights into local farming practices from your guide

DAY 4: EXPLORE THE MOST REMOTE AREA OF SAPA

• • After breakfast, depart at 8:30 AM for a trek deep into Hoang Lien National Park near Sin Chai Village. Enjoy breathtaking views of mountains, waterfalls, and valleys before reaching Nam Nhiu Village, home to the Red Dao people. Visit local houses and learn about their daily life
  • Continue along a scenic trail through rice terraces and bamboo huts to Nam Cang Village, the most remote area of Sapa. Discover traditional Red Dao crafts such as paper-making, jewelry, and embroidery. After lunch in a local house, return to Topas Ecolodge at 2:15 PM. Optional Red Dao herbal bath available at the lodge’s spa (self-paid).

DAY 5: LEAVING THE MOUNTAIN & RETURN TO HANOI

• • Enjoy a leisurely morning at Topas Ecolodge relax, explore by mountain bike, or take a shuttle bus to Sapa town. Optional activities include a cable car ride to Mt. Fansipan (3,143m)
  • At 2:30 PM, depart from Topas Ecolodge (or 1:15 PM from Sapa) via Topas Mountain Express, arriving in Hanoi around 7:30 PM
  • Overnight at the 5-star Apricot Hotel Hanoi

DAY 6: HANOI – HALONG BAY OVERNIGHT CRUISE WITH AMBASSADOR CRUISE I

• • Transfer to Halong Bay – the World Heritage Site
  • Board Ambassador Cruise I and enjoy a welcome briefing before savoring a buffet lunch with stunning views of Halong Bay. Explore Luon Cave by bamboo boat or kayak, then visit Titov Island for swimming or a panoramic hike.
  • Relax onboard with afternoon tea, the spa, or the Jacuzzi pool. In the evening, enjoy a cooking class, Happy Hour, and a Michelin-standard dinner with live music. End the day with squid fishing, spa treatments, or a movie night in your cabin.
