After about an hour, arrive at a village pier and board a traditional basket boatfor a peaceful ride through the Nipa palm mangroves. Glide along the serene waterways and admire the beauty of this unique ecosystem.

Disembark and continue cycling to an organic farm managed by village elders. Warmly welcomed by local farmers, you’ll hear inspiring stories of this community-based project. Join them in organic farming activities, including preparing the soil, making natural pesticides, and watering crops.

Next, return to a local home where you’ll use fresh farm produce to prepare a traditional Vietnamese lunch. Enjoy your meal in a charming garden setting (weather permitting).
