DAY 1: HO CHI MINH CITY – CU CHI TUNNELS

• • Depart from Ho Chi Minh City for a morning visit to the Cu Chi Tunnels, an incredible underground network used during the Vietnam War.
  • Explore the tunnels, learn about their historical significance, and gain insights into wartime life.
  • After the tour, return to the hotel in Ho Chi Minh City to rest and relax.

DAY 2: HO CHI MINH – CAI BE – TAN PHONG ISLAND

• • The program will start with a quick visit of Cai Be town. Head to Tân Phong Island for a rowing boat trip along peaceful canals shaded by mangrove trees. Stop at a local garden to enjoy fresh fruits, hot tea, and traditional music.
  • Continue with a biking tour through village paths to explore orchards, pagodas, and traditional houses. Visit a local workshop to see how dried water-hyacinth is woven into handicrafts.
  • In the afternoon, visit rice paper and pop-rice workshops. Sample local sweets with tea.

DAY 3: CAI BE – HO CHI MINH

• • Enjoy a relaxing morning at the homestay. You can take a stroll around the village or simply unwind before departure.
  • Transfer back to Ho Chi Minh City by private car.
