Don’t miss the Bear Rescue Sanctuary, where you can see rescued Asiatic black bears relaxing in their enclosures.
  • Return to town and explore the Royal Palace Museum, showcasing historical artifacts from Laos’ royal past. Begin a walking tour through Luang Prabang’s quiet back lanes, admiring a blend of old French Colonial buildings and traditional Lao houses. Visit Wat Chomkhong, known for its intricate carvings, and stop by the Fine Arts School to view local artwork.
